Admission Procedure of CIC

To apply for the courses at CIC, please follow one of these simple methods -

Stage 1: Online Application System

Online application form requires you to provide the following information: personal information,       contact details, and your academic qualifications
Make sure that the forms have been completed in full before they are submitted.

Stage 2: Additional Documents

To finalize your application and enable us to process it as quickly as possible, send us the following documents:

A transcript (in English) providing full details of subjects studied and grades/marks obtained.
English language proficiency results, for applicants whose first language is not English and who      have not chosen the add-on English programme.
Any additional information where requested.

Once we have received your full application, we hope to send you a decision concerning your application within 15 working days

Other ways of applying

If you are unable to use our on-line form, we have an alternative PDF Application Form. Either print this form, complete it by hand and post it to us OR complete it electronically and send it to us by email. Our admission officers aim to response within 15 working days, but cannot do so for incomplete applications.

Refund policy

CIC maintains a very simple refund policy, in case the candidate who has paid a deposit as part of the tuition fee and fails to attend the course from its commencement date for the following reasons, the fee apart from the non-refundable deposit will be refunded to the candidate having –

Personal or Family health problem in which case relevant medical documents has to be produced       to claim the refund.
Decision to opt out of the course for serious medical conditions
